2008 World Junior Curling Championships - Playoffs


The Tie Breakers at the 2008 World Junior Curling Championships are complete.

On the Men's side:
The United States defeated Norway 7-3 in the 3vs4 Page Playoff and will play Canada in the Semi-Finals on Saturday March 8th. Canada lost to Sweden in the Page Playoff 1vs2 game 9-6. Sweden will play the winner of the Semi-Final in the Gold Medal game on Sunday March 9th. Norway will play the loser of the Semi-Final in the Bronze Medal Game on Sunday March 9th.

On The Women's Side:
Canada lost to Russia 7-5 in the 3vs4 Page Playoff and will play the loser of the Semi-Finals in the Bronze Medal game on Sunday March 9th. Sweden defeated Scotland 8-2 in the Page Playoff 1vs2 game 9-6. Sweden will play the winner of the Semi-Final in the Gold Medal game on Sunday March 9th. Scotland will play Russia in the Semi-Final on Saturday March 8th.
