Due to the impending weather reports your executive has made the following decisions. If the weather reports hold true we anticipate having to cancel curling tomorrow. We have an extra night on the schedule to do this. We have attempted to contact all skips this evening. The plan is as follows: if you do not hear from your skip by 11:00 A.M. tomorrow curling is postponed. If we decide the game is on your skip will call and/or we will send out an email at 11:00 A.M. So be sure to check you email or let your skip know where you can be reached tomorrow by phone. This a difficult situation but we are trying to be proactive and prevent a possible scheduling nightmare with defaulted games etc.
