Canada has won the Gold Medal at the 2017 CPT World Women's Curling Championship. The is the first Gold Medal for Canada since 2008. Canada was a perfect 13-0 and it was the first time a team has gone undefeated at the Women's World Curling Championship. It was the first Silver Medal for Russia.
