Russia has won the Women's Gold at the 2015 European Curling Championships. They defeated Scotland 6-4. Russia and Scotland along with Denmark, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and Italy have qualified for the 2016 Ford World Women's Curling Championship which will be held from March 19 to 27 at the Credit Union iPlex in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
